Use these exact lines in your outreach. A “Yes” to Q1 + evidence they looked at the site makes the lead eligible for qualification (subject to verification and call).

Integrity: If information you provided is found inaccurate during our call, the lead is disqualified and $5 is deducted from your next lead payment. Any attempt to cheat results in deductions then termination.
