Unlike a static market-size figure, the rate-by-line data below is a moving target on purpose, and this page is maintained to reflect CIAB's most recent published quarter rather than a single point-in-time snapshot. Where a figure below is from an earlier quarter than CIAB's current release, treat it as the most recent one this page has been checked against.
The Numbers
Commercial P&C net premiums written reached $918.6 billion in 2024, up 7.1% year over year.
