SalesRabbit’s Published Pricing, Add-Ons Included
SalesRabbit’s published pricing runs a Team tier at $59 a user a month billed monthly, covering advanced canvassing, route planning, rep location tracking, and its gamified analytics feature, Amplify. Pro runs $49 a user a month billed annually, or $75 a user a month billed monthly, and adds custom fields, map overlays, a customer locator, and API integrations on top of Team’s canvassing and route-planning base. Enterprise is custom-priced and adds single sign-on and custom SLAs.
Named add-ons sit on top of either tier, not included by default: DataGrid AI runs $19 to $31 a user a month, Mover Leads runs $13 to $20, Digital Contracts runs $13 to $20, and a Weather add-on runs $19 to $31. A separate product, RoofLink Pro, for roof measuring, estimating, and QuickBooks integration, is priced at $120 a user a month on its own. The effective monthly cost per rep is frequently higher than the advertised base tier once a team adds even one or two of these features it actually needs in the field.
SPOTIO Does Not Publish a Rate Card At All
SPOTIO offers B2B, B2C, and Custom plan tracks but states directly, “Pricing is user-based... We provide custom pricing to align with your exact needs,” requiring a demo and a sales conversation before a team learns any number. SPOTIO states a minimum team size of five or more field sales professionals to get started, and that most customers are up and running in less than four weeks once pricing is settled.
Published Pricing vs Sales-Gated Pricing
SalesRabbit and SPOTIO are not just two vendors at different price points, they represent two different go-to-market approaches entirely. SalesRabbit lets a team price out a rough monthly cost, add-ons included, before ever talking to a salesperson. SPOTIO requires that conversation first, with pricing calibrated to team size and the specific features negotiated in.
For a sales org trying to budget canvassing software into its broader stack alongside a dialer, CRM, and design software, that difference matters operationally, not just financially. SalesRabbit’s published tiers make it possible to model cost against a projected headcount before committing to anything. SPOTIO’s sales-gated model means that budgeting has to wait for a quote, which can be the right trade if the org values a tailored setup, but is a real planning difference worth knowing going in.
It is also a small cost relative to what canvassing software supports. A dealer network’s loan dealer fee, running roughly 22% of a typical loan balance in 2026, is what actually funds the door-knocking commission stack this software organizes; a $49-to-$75-a-month canvassing seat is a rounding error against that fee, which is worth keeping in perspective before treating the tool itself as the expensive part of running a D2D team.
| Platform | Base tier | Top published tier | Pricing model |

What this means for you
- SalesRabbit publishes tiered pricing from $49 to $75 a user a month, with named add-ons that commonly push the effective cost higher.
- SPOTIO does not publish per-seat pricing anywhere and requires a demo call, with a stated five-rep minimum team size.
- Add-ons like SalesRabbit’s DataGrid AI or Mover Leads can add $13 to $31 a user a month on top of the base tier.
- The two vendors represent different go-to-market models, published self-serve pricing versus sales-gated custom pricing, which affects how early a team can budget for either one.
